HSW includes paints, thinners, oils and automotive fluids, pesticides, batteries, propane tanks, drain cleaners, poisons, cleaning fluid and medications. Please ensure all items are sealed and labeled for safer handling by staff. If containers have been emptied of their contents you can put them with your regular garbage for disposal.

 

Fluorescent tubes and compact fluorescent bulbs contain a small amount of mercury. Please take them to the HSW Depot.

 

Electronics accepted are items such as computer, printers, radios, stereos, cameras, VCRs, video game consoles, TV's, Monitors, etc. No microwaves please – these go with your regular garbage.
